Orders placed before 3PM (AEST) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time are shipped the next business day.
We use AusPost Express and other trusted local couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery across Australia. All shipments include tracking information.

Once your payment via bank transfer is confirmed, your order is processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
All products are securely packaged and shipped with a Certificate of Analysis (COA). We ensure temperature stability and product integrity during transit.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered within Australia.
